Security & Privacy
Is my data safe with Itura?
Yes. Your trust and security are our highest priority. We use enterprise-grade encryption to protect your data both at rest and in transit. You have granular control over what the AI can access and what actions it can take.
How does Itura connect to my accounts like Gmail?
We use industry-standard secure protocols like OAuth 2.0. This means you grant us permission to access your accounts without us ever seeing or storing your passwords. You can revoke this access at any time.
Do you sell my data?
Absolutely not. Our business model is built on providing a valuable subscription service, not on monetizing your personal or company information. Our design is privacy-first.
Will you use my data to train your AI models?
We may use your prompts and the resulting AI-generated responses to improve our service. However, as stated in our Terms of Service, we will NEVER use any data retrieved from your connected services (like the content of your emails, files, or calendar events) to train our AI models. You can also opt out of this process.
Who is responsible for the data from my connected apps?
You are. Under GDPR, you are the "Data Controller" of your data. Itura acts as the "Data Processor," meaning we only process your data on your behalf and according to your instructions.
Pricing & Subscription
How does Itura's pricing work?
Itura offers a tiered subscription model, including a Free plan to get you started and a Pro plan for greater productivity. Plans are typically based on the number of messages per month and the number of apps you can connect.
What counts as a "message" in the pricing plans?
A "message" generally corresponds to a single command or instruction you give to the Itura agent.
What happens if I go over my plan's message limit?
If you exceed the monthly message limit of your plan, the service may become temporarily unavailable until the start of your next billing cycle. We recommend upgrading your plan if you anticipate higher usage.
Can I change my subscription plan?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time through your account settings. Changes will typically take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
What is your refund policy?
As per our Terms of Service, you have the right to cancel your initial subscription and receive a refund within 14 days of purchase. This right applies to your first subscription payment, not subsequent renewals.
